As a Program Manager for Deposits at RCBC, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's deposit growth strategy in the Philippines. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in deposit product management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing deposit products
• Strong understanding of Philippine banking regulations and industry trends
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
