Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of payments and fintech ecosystems in the Philippines
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and compliance standards
