Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality deliverables
