Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective plans
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
• Valid Philippine passport and willingness to travel to project sites in the Philippines and Singapore
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
