Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the Philippines
• Excellent knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Philippine construction industry practices and standards
