Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Singapore or the Philippines
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards in Singapore
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with construction management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
