Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Ability to travel within the Philippines for interviews and other recruitment-related activities
