Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Ability to travel within the Philippines for interviews and other recruitment-related activities
