Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Philippine labor laws
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems
