Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Philippine labor laws
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems
