Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a regional or global role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations, including BIR and SEC requirements
• Proven track record of managing a team of accountants and driving financial performance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including SAP or similar ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a Master's degree preferred
