Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road and highway management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of Philippine infrastructure laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
