Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
