Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• Proficiency in Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience with accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising junior accountants
