Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 5-7 years of experience in management reporting
• Proven track record of preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
