Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational company
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
