Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, preferably in a recruitment or professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from a reputable university
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
