Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine and Singaporean employment laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks
