Join our Strategic Integration & Transformation (SIT) team and support HR initiatives that ensure seamless patient care across the SingHealth healthcare cluster. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, transformation, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations in the Philippines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational change management principles
