Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations
• Proven track record of managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insightful recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office and financial accounting packages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
