Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of professionals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Philippine business regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
