Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in iGaming operations, with a proven track record of success
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance in the Philippines
• Experience with process optimization and implementation of new technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
