Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum
• Knowledge of Philippine business regulations and laws, with ability to ensure compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
