Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with banking and financial products, or willingness to learn and develop knowledge
