Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or finance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Flexibility to work on-site in Quezon City, with occasional overtime as needed
