Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
• Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
