Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other banking software
• Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in consumer banking
• Ability to work on-site in Lucena, Calabarzon, Philippines
