Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration or a related field a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
