Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to provide accurate information to clients
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
