Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region
