Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of banking products and services, preferably with RCBC
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field a plus
• Ability to work on-site in RCBC's Manila branch
