Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on new offerings
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing) preferred
