Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient inquiries and concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Familiarity with patient management systems and electronic health records
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
