Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a site foreman or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction software and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
