Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations
