Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the APAC region
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and its dynamics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
• Experience with strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
