Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through strategic planning and execution
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with industry trends and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new developments
