Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a strategy or operations role in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment
• Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with process optimization and change management, with the ability to implement process improvements and drive cultural change
• Strong understanding of the Philippine market and e-commerce landscape, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Certifications in strategy, operations, or a related field (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
