Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university in the Philippines
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, including accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus
