Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully filling job openings in a timely manner
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
