About the Role You’ll prepare accurate U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns across multiple return types, organize client documents, collaborate with reviewers, and meet deadlines in a high‑volume environment.Must Have: 5+ years U.S. tax preparation experience in public accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state & local tax laws Proven experience preparing: 1040, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1041 Proficiency in CCH Axcess, Canopy, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong English communication (written & verbal) Preferred CPA or EA (preferred, not required) MST or advanced tax coursework Experience with U.S. firms in a nearshore/offshore capacity Comfortable with Slack, Teams, Zoom Requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate U.S. federal, state & local tax returns Gather and organize client tax documents Research and resolve basic to moderately complex issues Collaborate with reviewers; address feedback promptly Meet preparation deadlines, especially during peak cycles Benefits Work Flexibility & Additional Benefits Work From Home Setup (PH Only)Fully remote, PH‑based. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in US tax preparation
  • Proficiency in US tax laws and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of tax preparation software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and regulations
