Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a virtual office or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations, particularly those related to data privacy and security
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
