Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine market and cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt to our global customer base
