Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
