Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Experience with process improvement and quality assurance methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
