Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service operations or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Experience with process improvement and quality assurance methodologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
