Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on-site in our Manila office
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
