Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on-site in our Manila office
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
