Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and situations
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, such as CRM or ticketing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Flexibility to work on-site in the Philippines, with occasional overtime as needed
