Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Ability to work on-site in our Philippine office
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
