Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry and products
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work on-site in our Philippines office
