Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
