Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the Philippine insurance industry and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
