Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
- Willngness to work on-site in Manila, Philippines
